InnerCalm is designed for those experiencing anxiety or stress and seeking immediate relief. Burnout Rescue is designed for those feeling wired AND tired and need some support with long term stress resilience, if you do not tolerate caffeine of any kind then this product is right for you!

How long should I take Burnout Rescue for?

Burnout Rescue was designed to be used longer term, but to keep the ingredients working effectively we would recommend taking a small break of 2-3 weeks after 6x months or checking in with us for some other nutrient support options.

How long before I start to see a difference?

This can vary from person to person as Burnout Rescue is designed for long term chronic stress. Some people will notice the effects instantaneously, others will notice benefits within 2-3 weeks of taking Burnout Rescue consistently.

Unfortunately not! Burnout Rescue is not recommended for pregnancy and breastfeeding due to a lack of evidentiary support for the use of herbal ingredients during these times.

Directions:

Take 2 capsules in the morning, with or without food.

Take 2 hours before or 2 hours after any prescription medication.

Is this product right for me?

Suitable for ages 12+.
Not suitable to take when pregnant or breastfeeding.
Avoid if you have a known nightshade allergy as it contains Ashwagandha - a member of the nightshade family.
Burnout Rescue can be taken alongside anti-anxiety and antidepressant medication but we do recommend checking in with your health professional if you are unsure.
