Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with us. We see you and truly appreciate you!

If you’re not entirely satisfied with your order, or have had a change of heart, we’re here to help. We have a seven day return policy, which means you have seven days after receiving your item(s) to request a return.

We will humbly accept your return and exchanges if the item(s) are in original packaging, sealed and unused in re-saleable condition. Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns of opened products.

Please email your return request to dani@dailyhabituals.co.nz within seven days of receiving your goods with photo evidence for verification. Requests for returns are accepted at our own discretion. If your return request is accepted, we will provide you with a ‘return of goods’ form to complete and the address for the return of your unopened product(s) to our head office.

Returned product(s) must be received within 14 days of your order together with a copy of your sales invoice/order confirmation/completed returns form.

Please note that shipping a return is at your own cost, and we also recommend purchasing tracking for your return shipping via to insure your parcel against any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit. Daily Habituals will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Daily Habituals Limited holds the right to decline any unreasonable and/or excessive returns.

DAMAGES & ISSUES

Even though we truly take care in the packing process, things can happen. If your item(s) arrive damaged or if you receive the wrong item(s), please contact dani@dailyhabituals.co.nz within 48 hours of receiving your goods, with photo evidence, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We understand it can be frustrating when this happens and we thank you for your patience and cooperation.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and confirm if the refund was approved or not. Please note we do not refund for the shipping fees paid.

NON- REFUNDABLE ITEMS 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns on sale items, promotional items with retail value and gift cards.
