Direction & Caution
RECOMMENDED DAILY DOSE
Adults (ages 12+): Take two capsules daily. Take one 30 minutes prior to your first meal and the other 2 hours after your last meal of the day.
Children (6-11): Take one capsule daily. BePure Two Probiotic is a great way for younger children to use probiotics. This can be taken as a capsule if your child is capable of safely swallowing these, alternatively capsules can be opened and placed into a beverage or onto food.
If this is your first time taking BePure Two we recommend starting with 1x capsule per day and increasing slowly to two capsules.
To ensure maximum absorption, we do recommend that you take on an empty stomach, away from drinks such as coffee, tea or alcohol.
