Direction & Caution
Adults (ages 12+): Two soft gel capsules a day with food (one with breakfast, one with lunch).
Children (6–11): One soft gel capsule daily. Take with food or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
For optimal results; To ensure minimum absorption, avoid taking BePure Three on an empty stomach.
For those who don't like swallowing capsules, you can pierce the capsule and pour into a smoothie or salad dressing.
If you experience BePure Three repeating on you (such as ‘fishy burps’), this can indicate low stomach acid levels, often related to low zinc status, or a lack of digestive enzymes. It is recommended to take a zinc support or digestive enzyme support if this occurs.
