Foraged For You, Best Ways To Take It

First note that you can enjoy the blend with water, coconut water or juice of choice such as apple, pineapple, orange, etc. Customers always report how much they love it with their favourite juice, and that it is very easy to consume this way! Some of the most popular ways to consume The Mother’s Blend and The Children’s Blend include: 

  • Simply Stir Method - add serving to a glass, add water and stir. A hot tip if you are a little fussier with taste, opt for juice or coconut water instead of water (apple, pineapple, orange, etc). Bear in mind, using this method may not create a smooth and fully emulsified drink, so please use the below methods to help fully emulsify the powder into a liquid. 
  • The Paste Method – add serving to a glass and add a tiny bit of water or juice to mix into a paste. This will help fully emulsify the powder (as there are no emulsifiers in Foraged For You products), then slowly add more water and mix. This method should fully emulsify the powder into a drinkable liquid. 
  • The Shaker Method – add serving and liquid to a jar or a Foraged shaker and shake until fully emulsified. 
  • The Whizzy Stick  add serving to a glass and use a whizzy stick to blend. With water, juice, whatever you choose!

  • Yoghurt  Add to unsweetened yoghurt with berries and/or other fruit.

  • The Foraged hot (warm) chocolate – combine the blend with your milk of choice, grass-fed gelatin, cacao, ghee/butter or coconut oil, vanilla essence, monk fruit or maple syrup, in a saucepan and heat. Avoid over-heating to preserve the probiotics! Recipe here.
