Direction & Caution
Daily Balance suggested use:
Dissolve one 1g (approx. 1 level tsp.) scoop to water daily. Can be added to juice, smoothies, yogurts, cereals, or any other foods. Unflavoured and no fishy taste.
For cooking/baking:
For light blue shade, use just a pinch, and for a more brilliant blue, use up to the full teaspoon. Get creative!
