Direction & Caution
Blend one serving into 300ml or more of water or milk and shake. Or blend into your favourite smoothie. Best served chilled and consumed immediately.
Dosage:
Adults (ages 12+): One serve (37.5g) daily as part of a main meal, workout recovery drink or a quick and delicious drink.
Children (ages 4-11): ½ serve (18.75g) daily.
