How to use
You can use how you would any regular mayo. Great with salads, sandwiches and makes a great healthy dipping sauce.
After opening store in refrigerator and use within 4 weeks. Due to high collagen content product will set in the fridge. For best results remove from fridge for 5 mins before using.
