Ethically sourced cacao beans direct from Ghana [a nation on West Africa’s Gulf of Guinea, which is known for diverse wildlife, old forts, secluded beaches, and its vast Cacao forests] plus in exotic spices such as roasted chicory root, ginger bits, cloves, cardamom, cinnamon, and star anise. It all gives it a gentle chocolaty flavour with a hint of well-balanced spice. This chai is great on its own or if you prefer you can sweeten it with honey or for a more traditional chai you can brew it in milk on the stove.
Its brownish orange liquor emanates a heady aroma of chocolate and cinnamon. And a sip will take your taste buds on a flavour journey - from dark chocolate to a strong muscatel one. And the best part is, you can enjoy this tea any time of the day.
We add a dash of cinnamon, cardamom, and cloves for that splash of flavour that turns tea time into me time. From this N&S tea mix, it becomes your journey.

Directions
Brew //
- 1 scoop per 250ml of water.
- 100°C for 5-10 mins.
or
- 2 scoops per 250ml of milk on simmer on stovetop.
- Serve with milk and honey to taste if desired.
