How to use
For healing or fasting benefits you can consume first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. Consume before training as an all natural pre-workout or add to cooking to boost nutrients and flavour.
Boost your favourite meals:
- Stir through your favourite savoury (and even sweet!) recipes for a super dose of collagen. Boost has a slightly sweet flavour that works just as well in red meat dishes (slow cooked lamb shanks or bolognese for example) as it does in bliss balls.

Enjoy on the rocks:
- Don’t feel like a hot drink before you train? Boost is just as effective (and delicious) cold! Add a spoonful to an empty glass or shaker, add warm water to dissolve then top with cold water, or sparkling if you want to get real fancy.
How much should I consume?
We recommend at least one cup of Body Glue™ per day first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. For times when your body needs that extra boost or extra healing, ramp up consumption to two or three cups - for instance after being ill, training, travelling or overindulging.
If you’re embarking on a complete detox or healing journey, we find it really useful to have a cup with each meal throughout the day.
