Direction & Caution
Digest Assist is designed to be taken prior to eating to increase your digestive enzymes and support the breakdown of your food for optimal digestion and nutrient absorption.
RECOMMENDED DOSE
Take 1 capsule 5-15 minutes before each main meal such as breakfast, lunch and dinner (up to 3 capsules daily)
To ensure maximum absorption, we do recommend that you aim to take BePure Digest Assist on an empty stomach, without drinks such as coffee, tea or alcohol.
Is this product right for me?

This product is not recommended for the following:
- Pregnant or breastfeeding
- Currently have a history of (or current) stomach ulcers
- You are taking PPI medications such as omeprazole
