- Vitamin B6 a Pyridoxal-5'-phosphate 5mg
- Elemental Magnesium as Magnesium Glycinate 100mg
- Elemental Zinc as Zinc Picolinate 15mg

Direction & Caution
Take three capsules with food daily.
To be taken at night for sleep support or as needed during the day in times of stress and anxiety.
